"How do you protect your work when the digital world, Instagram included, makes it so easy to be muddled in the chaos?"

There's some valuable insight from photographers Chris Burkard and Tim Zimmerman as well as Evan Slater of Hurley and A-Frame's Jeff Hall.

This a must read article for every photographer and brand.

Todd Glaser has a gallery showing at the Known Gallery in Los Angeles featuring images of Kelly Slater during the North Shore winter of 2015. Todd has probably photographed Kelly more than anyone else in the last 5 years allowing him to capture action and behind the scenes photos of the greatest surfer of our time.

The show only runs through August 28th, so be sure to check it out soon if you're in the area!

Zak Noyle - iPhone 6 World Gallery

We couldn't be more proud of long time A-Frame family member Zak Noyle and his recent work with Apple iPhone 6. A few months back, Zak's image of an empty wave shot with his iPhone started showing up on billboards around the world (Melrose avenue in Beverly Hills pictured below) and since then his video work with the same device is now prominently featured in the Apple World Gallery.

Zak was the first photographer to add his iPhone to his water arsenal at Pipeline and started sending live images from the lineup long before most people considered the camera worthy of such feats. He's a man of many talents who's very focused on the continuous advancement of his craft. And for that we thank him. Thanks Zak!

We're stoked to see Surfline has done a portfolio with Ryan Miller. Ryan is a lover of speedos, red wine and getting loose on the dance floor. He also loves photography and travels the world documenting the world's best as he follows the WSL tour. Ryan is one of our hardest working, most creative and organized photographers. We're so glad to see him get recognized with this Surfline portfolio and look forward to many more years working with him.
